Refund Policy for Lakeside AYSO Region 234
The Region's refund policy for the Spring coed season registration is as follows:
1. The Regional Commissioner must receive notification of a player’s resignation from the region. All requests for refund of player registration fees must be submitted in writing or email. Phone calls will not be accepted.
2. Before the start of the first scheduled games: A full refund will be issued in the amount paid by parent, minus $20.00 to cover fees incurred by the Region for National Player fees, and other Regional expenses. If a uniform (jersey, shorts, socks) has been distributed to the player, it must be returned to the region in a new and unused condition, or an additional $25.00 will be deducted from refund. There will be NO REFUNDS after the first scheduled game is played, no exceptions.
3. All refund requests can be made in writing by mail to:

Please note: Refund checks are issued on a monthly basis and may take up to 30 days to process.
